Precision 3D manufacturing / Arizona, USA

Engineered parts, built for the desert.

Zenkai Manufacturing designs and produces functional 3D printed parts. We print in high-temperature, UV-rated engineering materials, so parts hold up to sustained use in heat, sun and real work.

01 / Capabilities

From one-off fixes to production runs

Every part we make is a functional part: designed for a specific job, printed in the material that job calls for, and checked before it leaves the shop.

01

Production runs

Batches of identical parts, printed to spec and checked before they ship. We take orders from print farm networks and from businesses that need parts made right, in quantity.

02

Custom engineering

Discontinued, hard to source, or never made at all? We design the part around your hardware, prove the fit, and make as many as you need.

03

Original products

Our own line of automotive, videography and photography gear. Each one solves a real problem and runs on our own cars and cameras before it's ever listed.

02 / Materials

Materials that can take the heat

Common filaments like PLA and PETG start to soften at temperatures a parked car easily reaches on a hot day. Out here in the Arizona desert, that's a normal afternoon. For parts that have to survive it, we print in high-temperature engineering materials.

  • High-temp engineering materialsFilaments like carbon fiber reinforced ASA hold their shape well past where PLA and PETG soften, with added stiffness and a clean matte finish.
  • Rated for outdoor useUV- and weather-resistant materials for parts that live on a bumper, a dashboard or a tripod in the sun all day.
  • The right material for the jobPLA for a quick prototype or test fit, engineering materials for parts in service. We match the material to what the part has to do.
Temperature where the material starts to deform
  • PLA~55°C
  • PETG~70°C
  • ASA-CF108°C

PLA and PETG: approximate softening temperature. ASA-CF: heat deflection temperature.
